Sales Representative / Administrator 

Due to our increasing workload and existing plans to expand our Window, Door & Timber Frame sales throughout the Highlands & Islands of Scotland we seek highly motivated sales personnel with or without experience to join our sales teams.

These posts at Bower & Inverness require mature people of smart appearance who have a pleasant and confident manner and have a good understanding of computer-based programs.  You must like meeting people and talking to them on a one to one basis, whilst working as part of a dynamic team.

We are looking for dedication in providing customers with the highest level of service, whilst successfully communicating the products and services offered by the company.

A pro-active approach to sales and marketing shall be required as this role will involve handling telephone enquiries, pricing, processing orders and meeting and greeting customers in our all product showrooms. Adapting to the company culture is key to anyone new and whilst experience is always useful, what really matters is a willingness to listen, coupled with a determination and ability to develop into a focused and reliable sales person. Full product training will be provided and the hours to be worked are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.00 am to 3.45pm and 9.30am to 1.30pm on alternate Saturdays.

We are a long established Highland family business and offer excellent working conditions.  The salary offered will be commensurate with your experience and ability and excellent staff discounts are available.

You will be required to provide your own transport.

A fantastic opportunity to join a busy and successful Window, Door and Timber Frame Kit company, with long-term prospects, either at Bower or Inverness as an individual or a team

Applicants must be motivated, of smart appearance, reliable, possess good communication skills and be prepared to work in a team environment Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. Full driving license and own tools essential for the position.

Multi Factory Positions

We are seeking fabricators/personnel to fill a number of full-time positions in our various workshops. Manufacturing PVCu, Timber, and Aluminium Timber windows & doors. As well as house kit panel production and glazing
