Workshop positions

We are currently seeking personnel to fill a number of full time positions in our various workshops, manufacturing PVC & Timber windows & doors and house kit panel production.

These positions offer multiple aspects of work within the business, which creates a diverse environment and optimises job satisfaction whilst promoting an effective work/life balance.

We offer competitive rates of pay relating to your previous or current experience within the Manufacturing industry and the skill set you can bring to the Business.

Our contracted standard working hours are 40 hours per week, 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am – 3.45pm on a Friday.

Generous overtime allowances are paid and current annual leave is 29 days.

The opportunity for a Production Bonus scheme is also available.

Training will be ‘tailored to suit’ to maximise individuals ability with a full appraisal program to promote continuous progress in the Company.

Experienced Window Fitters

A fantastic opportunity to join a busy and successful window, door and kit home company.

We require: Experienced Window & Door Fitters/Teams in both the Inverness and Bower areas.

Applicants must be motivated, of smart appearance, reliable, possess good communication skills and be prepared to work in a team environment Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. Full driving license and own tools essential for position.

Sales Personnel – Full Time

We seek experienced sales people for our Inverness Showroom. The job role is to sell and advise customers on our wide range of home improvement products and building components, including windows, residential and patio doors, conservatories, cladding, roof trims and timber frame house kits.

Applicants must be highly motivated, of smart appearance, reliable, possess good communication skills and be prepared to work evenings and weekends. This is a full-time position but working hours will be subject to negotiation and may be flexible.

Previous experience in this sector would be an advantage but is not essential since comprehensive product training will be provided. There is, however, a requirement to be computer literate and you must hold a current driving licence.

Remuneration for these posts will comprise a basic salary, dependant on the applicants experience and knowledge, plus commission. We also offer substantial staff discounts on manufactured products.
