In light of the most recent government announcements, we would just like to clarify our position during this uncertain time for businesses across the world.
Norscot will continue trading business and our showrooms in Bower (Caithness) and Inverness will remain open to the public as usual, until the Government informs us to do otherwise.
Public health & safety is our number one priority and we are taking all the appropriate measures to continue offering a safe and healthy environment for both our customers and our team.
If you are in the most at-risk group or are simply self-isolating, all of our services are still available to you with ease. For replacement windows, doors and glass all communication can be done at distance either online or by phone. We are still able to provide information and quotations, measurements can be taken externally or you can provide rough sizes and all paperwork can be issued online or via post.
Our in-house architectural team are ready to deal with all your Timber Frame House Kit enquires, we can make alterations to any of our standard designs or provide bespoke designs, to suit individual requirements. We can also submit applications for planning and building warrant approval on your behalf. Dealing with people at distance can be done easily via email and phone, something we are very experienced with and do on a daily basis.
