Norscots showrooms and factory are now to open to the public, and as always, the health and safety of our customers, employees and supply chain are paramount. All staff are practising social distancing and we have provided PPE in line with the latest advice from the government and health authorities. We would like to thank our team for their commitment and efforts throughout the crisis period and for adapting to the new normal within their working environments.
As a responsible employer, there are several measures we have taken to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and suppliers. We have issued an additional health and safety policy as well as new procedures and processes across all areas of the business.

Before lockdown, we cancelled all meetings across the business including with suppliers and customers, which remains in place, however, we are still offering this service virtually, so please get in contact to arrange either a telephone or virtual appointment with an advisor.
We have kept open and regular communication with our customers, staff and suppliers throughout the crisis. Now that we have reopened to the public and resumed manufacture, we will continue to keep everyone up to date as and when we implement new procedures throughout the business.
